Dear Desert Meadows Families: As we look forward to the holiday season, I encourage you to look for new ways to become involved in school activities in 2012. You can take part in PTSA activities, volunteer in your child’s classroom, or participate in school or district activities, like November’s Family Math Night. A valuable way you can become involved in your child’s education is to provide a positive learning environment in your home to support your child’s academic achievement. Let your child know how important it is to you and to his/her future. Have a wonderful holiday. I look forward to our new semester starting on January 9!
